Out front, one of the city’s last raw beaches stretches into nothing but sea and sky.

With sister outposts in Miami, Ibiza and Marbella, it’s all about the music, the mood and the mantra: “celebrating life.” Resident DJ Mademoiselle Sabah sets the tone, while the menu blends Japanese and Mediterranean favourites with easy, all-day appeal.

A slice of the South of France on Bluewaters, Alizée is laid-back and sun-drenched, with 500 metres of private beach, a pool bar, and luxury cabanas (some even with A/C for peak summer days).
